it appears to me the officer's got the suspect they were looking for... why else would they have been standing in the middle of the street with riders going by them.. They were obviously looking for someone... good job to NYPD

From what I see, it appears that the two officers are looking for someone and spot their man, the guy on the bicycle. The way this video has been cut is biased and prejudicial against the officers involved and law enforcement as a whole. ......waiting for the rest of the story..........

That Cop is an asshole !!! You could see that at the speed he was going he wouldn't have time to break. The officer was also walking towards the path of the cyclist...... If the cop would of stopped walking when he saw the cyclist he would of not gotten hit w/ the bike, but he decided to charge at the cyclist. What a dickhead !!!

Problem is...NYC media is so far up the liberal A@@holes who fund everything that off course the cop is going to be tried in the news before any details of what actually happened come out. The citizens of NYC have forgotten what we do day in and day out...they jump to conclusions with no information and beleive what they see on TV and what they read in the papers to be absolute truth!!! I can't wait to leave this city behind me and move to a place where the cops are actually appreciated and allowed to do their jobs...criminals are not soft on their victims...why should the cops be soft on them. Reality does not exist in NYC!!

It's obvious to me there's more to the story than what were being told. The officer wouldnt watch 1000's of other bikers ride by then pick this one at random. Hopefully someone with some insight to this incident will post the truth.

This is too obvious! I cant believe you are all buying this BS! This Officer was obviously looking for this particular person and found him! There were a hundred other bicyclists that rode right by him and never even got looked at strange. Thiss guy did something a nd got knocked on his ass because of it.
