Wow that guy just got hit by a car.....and the car took off! I wonder if I should do something like hold the guys hand and tell him it will be ok and protect him from all of the cars that just drive by him! IDIOTS! Glad I don't live in Hartford!

It almost looks deliberate on the drivers' part. They are on the wrong side of the road on a two-way street and it looks as though they are chasing each other as they turn quickly at the next intersection. It was reported that 4 people called 911, but it's not known who. As Magnum50 said, it is "the sad state of things".A black mark for Hartford citizen's.
