The one school I worked at had a student bring in a backpack full of contraband. The school went to uniforms but administration to appease the students let them be baggy and have the shirts untucked. Defeated the purpose. The teachers were told that we are not the dress police. I, myself, confiscated a toy .38. It looked real since it didn't have the orange nose.
