I remember this! I was downtown at work when this happened. Many streets were blocked, and SPD did a wonderful job in getting this situation under control while keeping everyone safe, even the mentally disturbed person.

Dude kinda looked like he thought he was Blade. It astounds me that it takes folks so long to think about using water cannons to knock people on their a$$. It works great for protestors too.

Excellent call by the on scene commander and restraint by the officers on the scene. What disturbes me is that the non-lethal bean bags had very little effect.
