This occured in Gainesville, Fl where I work. The officer and his trainee were trying to arrest a subject when the idiot on the ground interevened and ended up being the one arrested. The first guy got away. Several other "bystanders" were also arrested after this video ended. The officers only received minor injuries. This is a travelling group of grunge music nuts who have no problem resisting police. They're from all over the country. Be Safe!

That officer has some guts...it looked like he was the only one there for the first minute or so....with the crowd the way it was and him being by himself he should have just backed off and waited for backup...its not worth your life to arrest a scumbag...officer safely priority number 1

wow...very unsafe...EVERYONE WHO GOT IN AN OFFICERS FACE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN AND HANDCUFFED...if more people had been handcuffed then the crowd would have realized " this may not be the time to speak your mind"....
