We're out there to get a job done and represent those who are trained. ready as sworn officers of the law to protect and defend the innocent. No time to bring game" to a very serious business. Keep it that way and you will survive.

klouie comment is right, Ronnie Coleman got fired from the department eariler this year when driving threw Garland (suburb of Dallas), he was pulled over for speeding and made the mistake of telling the Officer he was an Officer in Arlington and showed his extra badge he still had. The Garland Officer knew who Ronnie was and knew he had been fired therefore resulting in an arrest for Impersonating an Officer. Everyone knows who Ronnie Coleman is, especially if your into working out, bodybuilding, and an officer around the Dallas area. Ronnie Coleman is an Icon in the bodybuilding field.

Let me tell you about the department he was working, Arlington Police Department, in Dallas area. They wouldn't hire me because I lacked 3 months on my Honorable Discharge papers in the Marine Corp. In 1998, I requested an early out to be able to attend the Fall semester of college back home, still receiving credit for that time in the service and getting my Honorable Discharge paper from the US Marine Corp. Arlington PD said the DD214 has to show a complete 4yrs, not 3yrs 9 months. So they'll hire a muscle bound steroid freak instead of someone that served his country and has a clean record.

Wow, a lot of very interesting comments. Let me start of by saying, yes steroids are bad, wrong and definitely should be avoided... I also want to comment on some nasty comments about Ronnie Coleman... Its not the fact you take steroids and just wake up Mr. Olympian. It took a very dedicated weightlifter to reach that size, hours and hours of training. I dont feel his choices were correct but by watching his and other bodybuilders workout videos, Its definitely helped me stay in shape, run and train in the gym more often. No one should look like him and work as a LEO but I feel officers should stay in shape to maintain their health. I have followed lifting techniques from Coleman and other bodybuilders and its a good way to understand proper lifting and what type of muscles to train to stay in shape. Also, just following the weekly routines these bodybuilders train without the steroids can help all LEO stay in shape...

1) listening to rap music that's talking about running from cops, not exactly something a cop should or would do and listening to it while on-duty in your patrol car with the windows down nothing professional about that
2) all he does is eat, talk and sweat - seems like he spends more time eating than doing anything else
and 3) how the hell does he get in and out of the crown vic?
I have a body-builder cop friend who is probably half this guy's size and he gets out of the vic like an old man, a perp would be long gone by the time he's out of the car but I guess that's why he drives a tahoe.

Lucky for Ronnie this department didn't test for steriods. But they definitely work!!! Something to shoot for in the gym.
