I understand that the safety of other motorists are OKCPD's main concern, as it is for ALL LEOs. I can't deny that. I'm just glad they got the perfect opportunity to do the PIT, unfortunately, someone's getting a new vehicle out of it! But all in all, great job!

Please, the Police are'nt trying to keep up; they're being cautious giving due regard for the safety of other motorists. Furthermore, the guy is still actively resisting arrest and the officers are exceeding his resistance by one level of force...PMSNBC really need a dose of reality.
