The police are getting out of hand. We are seeing it more and more. I respect most of our laws, but I don't respect the men and women of law enforcement thinking that just because they wear a badge that it put's them above the law. Now, where does the problem start it starts with their training in the academy. The training needs to be revised and reconditioned!
I see both sides of this argument but in my opinion, the officer was out of line and should have let the Captain do his job and work on the patient, THEN the officer could have done HIS job. But unless we were there, we can't really say. I'm very interested in what the outcome of this was.
As opposed to "Thanks for watchin my a$$". Thats SOP with almost all of the Depts in the Dallas metroplex.. Except they park the apparatus a little ways back from the accident scene and close 2 lanes
