I think they did a good job. Its easy for people to Monday quarterback police actions, and thats why we have to tiptoe around. And for the cop that was sprayed great job of holding on to the guy. Yeah its sucks he got sprayed but that the job, its happens to all good cops who are aggressive.
In the UK I think they actually use a CS/CN mix, I don't think they use OC. This is why you shouldn't use spray in a hand-to-hand or groundfighting encounter.
Looks like they need to learn to control a suspect better. Should not have let him get up, should not have srayed your partner with out letting him know you where going to spray, should not have waited so long to get his hands out from under him and got him in cuffs.
Is this called "resisting arrest" or - according to some of our judges - the right of a person to ayyempt to maintain his freedom? This individual is a good canditate for a "tuning up". OOPS! Did I say that?
i guess they don't use the knees to hold this little dumb ass down either huh? some back street PPCT would be great on this guy. he is just the type of training tool that is needed to keep your hand to hand skills up to speed!!

A shot from the old taser gun would have handled that guy.I'm not a POLICE OFFICER but i own a 800 thousand volt stun gun which i have tried on myself just to make sure it would work on an attacker while i was out walking at night,yeah i do believe these officers need some kind of stun or taser gun.
