The use of new technologies is a double headed sword. The bad guys will use the same tech as the good guys but not for the same reasons. As a society, who has always enjoyed the Liberty and Freedom (if only in out hearts and minds) of a possitive and can do attitude, we will have to make sure that the trade offs between evasive technologies and the rights of the people.
