I like the idea, but not the design so much. It looks too much like a concept car.

Dunger, they're using a 3.0L diesel V6 rated at 300hp. I'll take 1400!

I think THIS is a great concept car. I believe a lot of things will change between now and actual production. It will be interesting to see how the E-7 check outs at the end of the day. I'm sure they will do their best to compete with the market that is out there. What happens if the big three go under? Will everybody be stuck in their Vic's until the end of time. Just taping them up and hoping for the best? Eh who knows.

oh yea one more thing. From what I've seen, most of the tests have been from the company. Now i know they wouldn't lie but has anyone really tested this car yet? i mean REALLY TESTED it. put it in sub-zero cold, and 120+ heat...stuff like that? and if so what were the results.

Seeing this car and all of its new devices. I think it will make it even easier to read LP's and this car makes me want to become a police officer even more.

This is a awesome car. although i see one flaw. that's the spot light mounted in the side rear view mirrors. so when you get out of the car on a traffic stop or whatever adn your using your spot light...then the light moves for that time...although it's short it still moves and let's the suspect know your getting out or whtever.
Also does anyone know the price tag. they say as a normal squad.....well to each thier own ya know. what's the range? i'm sure with each car comes certin features to what's suitable to your department needs.
Also what about k-9's? can they make a car to work with K-9's? I'm not sure what they need but yea just wondering.
And my last question is do they make or are they looking to make a SUV Version. A lot of the departments around here are going to SUV's. Granted i work in a rual area but still.
if anyone knows these questions please msg me on here. i've gone to the website and i've looked around...couldn't really find any solid answers.

well camo i see your point very well however these cars are more efficient and really departments can use the cars untill they are worn down and then send them to the crusher..or can they not go to the crusher?

I know its a really sweet car and all. They say there target is to keep the price at about what a regular fully equiped cruiser is. But what happens when the department wants to sell it back to the general public? I could see hat being a big issue with the built in lights and everything else that is incorporated. I think if they can get that figured out they have the ultimate patrol car.

If you've done some reading on these they're actually cheaper than some retrofitted new crown vics. Check out the website for more info
