Police Shooting: Real or Training?

At first glance it seems like the subject is complying by putting down the rifle. The officer coming around the building sees an additional threat which is the firearm the subject is retrieving from his right back area.

This seems like a training scenario to me. Any background on it? Holstering as you approach doesn't seem likely, unless the officer felt the "training" scenario was over. Had the perp fallen forward, perhaps an exit wound, maybe a stray round hitting one of those car windows... something just seems off. No radio traffic asking for an ambulance... something just says "training" to me. Just my 2 cents. Anyone got a news article on this?

Thanks Brian that was an awesome video. Just goes to show that criminals also have a backup weapon just like we do. Go thing there was a another officer there and espcially was behind the wall to see the suspect grab for the second weapon. i would definitely buy dinner for the officer for the rest of the month shit make that the rest of my life.
