I dont see him ever going for the gun. The officer moved the suspects hand in that direction, but he never went to grip it. I think that LA Cops (and please no offense to anyone!) are used to dealing with gangs and violent criminals so often, that they forget that not all of them are trying to kill them.

I'll say the same thing that I say in all of these excessive force videos...the camera does not always tell the truth. We do not see this at the same vantage point as the 2 officers.

Prejudicial news report. So typical of the media to twist the facts and spin an incident in the direction of police brutality, just to make it on national news. Someone call Paul Harvey, because we need the rest of the story!

Typical media, they show the attempt to cuff and not the whole video that led to it. I also know that the suspect didn't seem to want to be cooperative and place his hands behind his back, allowing the officer's to cuff him. In addition, I am not sure why any law enforcement officer would not see the resisting but to try and throw another officer under the bus is just not right. Obviously some people never get into any confrontations that require work.

its tru you cant talk when u cant breath but punching a restranded suspect in the face come on thats fustration
