Buck's real name is Dave Smith. He made these videos when he used to work for us. Last I heard he was part of some law enforcement training network (actually, I think the name of the outfit is the Law Enforcement Training Network). I haven't seen these videos in years. Takes me back to the old days when these videos were used as ice-breakers for the dreaded AOT and In-Service sessions.
