I have always been a large bone person but I limit the carbs and found the weight coming off more and more. I use to be in shape. I need to do more, I try to keep in shape in other ways.Mind you I have always been able to see my shoes, and do sit ups. But life dealt me a curve ball with a back injury, That's why I have gone in the other direction but still in the field. Slowly regaining back what I have lost.

Having a very high-metabolism allows me to keep my weight down easily, even when I pig-out. Plus taking L-Arginine and mulit-vitamins on a daily basis boosts my energy to start the day.

My little one is my motivation for exercising. I put him in the jogging stroller and go.. if it's not too hot, we'll go out 4-6 times a day/ evening. It's one good way to get him out of the house, but not into a store to shop. Best part is my hubby loves the results and I love that he loves the results!! LOL
