Thats a joke right?
Unbelievable! Crazy! Don't undersand what people do out of desperation.
what some idiots wouldn't do.
par for the course where I work... between Patrol and K-9's we see ALOT of this. The bad part is, (like you said bigsurmac) this is only a fraction of what is being moved.
These are the ones they caught.
Multiply by 1,000 and you have the supplies of marijuana, cocaine, meth, ICE and other drugs being smuggled into the country daily.
They caught one guy on a surf board close to the border trying to surf in south of San Diego.
But further north and all along the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, consider the thousands of miles of remote beaches accessible with inflatables dropped from ships and fishing boats operating legally in international waters.
The ones caught at the highway border crossings are the amateurs. The ones who are never caught are the pros. This includes the hundreds of acres of marijuana grown in State and National forests and in private forests from coast to coast. Four illegal growers with years of experience producing marijuana in similar climate and terrain, can back back into remote forest lands with 100 lbs. of seed and enough food for a month.
Two hike out to meet delivery jeeps with more food, fertilizer, irrigation supplies and then hike back in with 100 lb. loads each, going back to the drop point every week to receive more food and supplies.
They remain in isolation for up to six months, growing and harvesting and backpacking their crops out to different pickup points.
Why -- work a year in Latin America and make $500 tops. Work six months in Estados Unidos and make $10,000 or more.
The more can be achieved by "holding out" four to six back pack loads, 320 to 600 lbs. of marijuana. Returning later in the year to dig it out of hiding places and carrying it out to sell 1,000 miles away.
The man sown into the seats of a car and the two men hidden under the floorboards of a car were the ones that took me by surprise. I didn't even imagine someone doing that. It gave me an outlook on what people will do to get past the Border, and they'll take any risk to get to their goal. I'm just surprised that Border Patrol was able to find the two in the floorboards. Most people would overlook searching there, but they probably got an idea when the people driving the cars acted suspicious.
"Border Patrol agents found 166 pounds of marijuana hidden in their minivan" (picture 16).
I wonder who put 166 lbs of MJ in a Border Patrol vehicle???
Desperate to get here or not, some of these people have got to be morons. Parts of this list is irrefutable proof that the U.S.A. isn't the only country with stupid people.
I can't believe what someone will do to get here. The most thing i hated was the birds being wrapped up like that. This was cruel. It's really amazing the photos. You would think they would give up,but no they keep on trying.
Did they seize the boat too? What does the boat look like?
“Once the war is over or at least someone realizes who is in charge, then you work on public relations.”
bluebrother, those not caught around the border areas have spread throughout our nation. Public relations lie with NAFT, the ACLU, and corrupt politicians. Presently all extenuated because we have a black president whom is defending foreign nationals over American citizens, while obtaining masses of people in poverty to achieve one global order. [Amnesty] We have spent decades of our tax money on Mexico and this ludicrous war on illegal drugs. Our military would provide a humanitarian intervention on behalf of the good people of Mexico and the American tax payer. ;)
“Toleration is the basis for corruption. No organization can be corrupt if the majority of its members report unethical conduct.”
- Captain Charles Stone
wonder how long it took to find this one? how many made it?
Just goes to show you that these folks will stop at nothing to enter the Us they would risk life to do so!
How many made it over before this guy was stopped ?????
Not very bright!
