| Posted about 5 years ago Recently I was asked to help with our departments explorer program. I was surprised to see the type of young people that were involved in the program. They are hard workers and really want to learn. It's good to see these types of kids around after dealing with the local young thugs we deal with all the time. Great program and I'm glad to be a part. |

| Posted about 4 years ago Exploring is an excellent program. I helped start three explorer posts, and was an advisor for BSA National Headquarters, while the policies were being written for explorers. We also went to the national conference and won just about every competition we were entered in. We came back ranked in the top three percent of the nation out of four thousand explorers that attended. |
