Ladies & Gents, I am in the business of repairing fitness equipment. Mostly treadmills, ellipticals and exercise bikes, however, I work on all types of equipment. I am sure many of you have these in your home. The purpose of this post is to let everyone know that if you are ever having a problem with your equipment, you may feel free to ask me for assistance. In most cases I can help you with just a short description of what the problem is. You may feel free to PM me at anytime, or ask a question here so everyone will know the answer. I look forward to any requests.

jims, been thinking about a bow flex or if I can find one on ebay one of the solo flex machines (the one with the big rubber bands) what's your opinion.

I haven't had much experience with sole flex, however, I have heard that they are good. I have assembled many bowflex, know many people who swear by them, and have never seen a repair order for one. They are a quality product and very sturdy. The sole flex will take up less space, if that is a consideration. I believe you'll get the same workout results with both products, however, there are more options with the bowflex.

More or less intersted in quality and saving space. Of course price is always a consideration.

Pricing of the two is comparable. List about $1600. Best for space is solo flex.
