Posted almost 6 years ago My e-mail inbox on police link wont show the message and it keeps saying whenever I log in thaat I have one unread message. can someone help? Also I try to add a friend and it wont let me...please help...

| Posted almost 6 years ago Click on the bold message, it will highlight. the message shows at the bottom of the page. If its an invite, you will need to scroll right and click on accept, reject or delete. How are you trying to add a friend? | Posted almost 6 years ago You may not have the necessary software on your computer to display the things you are trying to do, as I believe the site uses Flashplayer or something like that. Check your internet explorer to see if you have the latest updates, and see if a bar appears at the top of the page when you try the actions that are not taking place. The bar should say something about needing to download some software to make it work, right click and it should take you there. Other than that, I don't know. Hope this helps. |

| Posted almost 6 years ago If not use the contact link at the bottom of the page and send staff and email. Chris has always been great about answering my questions in a very timely manner. Staff on this site are always willing to help. when on a thread, if you see an Icon that says staff or a name with moderator after it, post a question there and they will answer. All of Chrises replies come to my email, not my policelink pm so if your problem is software to use the site, no problem because its in your private email. | Posted almost 6 years ago You do need flashplayer to view videos, don't know about the email but since it is animated somewhat, may be. You can get to a link for flash by clicking on the help link at the bottom of the page. There is also an email link there to info for any questions not answered in the help file.
