  Hello all. Can any one advise the rules and regulations for retire police officers from the states to carry a weapon in Puerto Rico.Thank you

I believe LEOSA does cover Puerto Rico, but from what I understand their gun laws are pretty draconian, so who knows what could happen.

Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, much like Quam, but is not exactly like one of the 50 states.

As a default position, I wouldn't carry a concealed weapon in Puerto Rice unless I had talked face to face to local authorities there.
