Good afternoon K-9 handlers and trainers does anyone know of any Police Department K-9 unit that has a PT test required or physical fitness test that they must maintain in the K9 detail. We are in the process of putting one together now and trying to see if there are any other agencies out there that are doing this. Read just trying to keep officers and physical condition and prevent them from any injuries or heart attacks while outworking the canine
