8/4/13 you have been a member for six years and this is your first post. Have you tried Google or Bing to locate the number you wanted???

After seeing this post, I did. The best I could come up with is you need to call the switchboard and ask to speak with the Professional Standards Unit:

415-553-0123

Bessie Braddock: “Sir, you are drunk.”
Churchill: “Madam, you are ugly. In the morning, I shall be sober.”

Odd first post. What kind of effort did you make to locate the number?

Cherokke, I'm confused. You're in Detroit, but you want San Francisco's Internal Affairs Number? Something going on there that we missed?

member since 07 and first post? any cop knows how to get a number for IAD in any city.  Profile pic shows one in a uniform with questionable shield, no shoulder patches as issued by detroit and no collar brass.  Poor spelling in post.  Something aint right.

Of course detroit police dept regulation 102.8-7 states officers must get written permission to post pics of uniforms bearing badges, patches etc need written approval of chief or disignee.

regulation 102,8-6 sub 4 states" for security and safety, members shall NOT identify themselves as members of DPD on any social networks.
