Ok fone so I ate them while geting a few things togather for dinner. We were there for about an hour. We went  to self checkout again and paid for the item's. We went to leave and a Walmart security man grabed my boyfriend by the arm and proceeded to pushed him twords the wall... As you could imagine he was irate that he was enraged he told the man to remove his hands off him and that he had a recipt for all the evrything what do you think was he wrong for putting his hands on my boyfriend and shoving him agenst the wall??? Pleas coment

What did he say after you showed him the receipts? It seems like the story ends abruptly. I would like to read the end of the story if you would please share it. Thank you.

So the management tried to tell us that it was completely leagl to do as ther employee did... And was completely unapologetic so we went to the police and they sed the same ..... We will be geting a lawyer in the morning and we wil see were it goes from there ... Then we were told to leave the property .....  Also I might ad that the management wouldn't give us the name of the man who manhandeld my boyfriend for the police report wich the police wouldn't even look at or take one for us ... I hope that clearly helps you with the ending if any more questions arise pleas ask

My suggestion is that you call the FBI. Explain it to them.

Seems to me, which I was not there is it was one big misunderstanding, was your boyfriend injured? If not why the lawyer? What are you seeking to gain if it was not stealing, and nobody was injured in the confrontation?

Actually, you still left a huge gap in the story between you and your boyfriend offering receipts and the conversation with management (and you also left out why they thought it was legal--i.e. what is the rest of the story?). Usually someone has a justification for what they are doing. You've brought up the security person, the management, and the police, but with each you would have us believe they just said "just because"? Fill in the blanks, please.

they sed it was ok because that thaught we were stealing and that's y they justified it I don't know y but that's the way it was  after the recipt was shown my boyfriend continues to tell them that it violated his rights and that they should not have toutched him but they just sed that they wernt in the wrong.... So we  called the police and they sed that there was nothing they could do ... Then we went down to the station and they refused to take a report and sed that the man who had done this wasn't in the wrong however I know far better ... There wasn't much of a convo but after we did all that there was really nothing else we could do I asked for the names of the people involved and they refused so I don't know what I have left out .....

It sounds like you are asking for legal advice.  We don't give legal advice here.  Your questions need to be answered by an attorney or a LEO in your jurisdiction.  And for the love of Mike, use proper grammar!  I had to read every post twice to decipher what you were attempting to say.

If the local PD doesn't handle it to your satisfaction go to the local Sheriff!s Office and ask them to investigate it. If you don't have the name of the person who assaulted your boyfriend you basically have nothing. No way to take out criminal charges anyhow. Civilly you can do what you would like, sue the heck out of them.....and good luck with that. Hope you can find a competent lawyer who will work upon contingency with little to no evidence.

I think you are asking a question that you should be talking to your local PD about, or like Uncle D said... call the FBI.

The answer to the poll, YES.

Having worked at different venues amongst contracted security, and dabbled in retail security/Investigations/Campus Public Safety in the past, I've seen insubordination as well as patron aggression.

Here's some questions you might want to ask yourself and your BF before proceeding.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

~A Lawsuit?

~Criminal Charges?

~Termination of Employee?

~An Apology?

~Free order of Potato wedges on your next visit?

~All of the above?

If in fact iyou might be persuing any actions listed above, here are some things to contemplate.

~If I sue the store, who actually pays in the end when their insurance rates go up?  The contracted Security co, the underpaid staff of single parents, or will they gouge the consumers with higher prices?

~Criminal Charges, what would these be, simple, aggravated, will they press counter charges which will involve a few court appearances?

~Who do I want terminated, a security guard? (Which could be a retired or present LEO part timining at Walmart and this is a support site)

~Should I send an articulated letter of complaint to corporate, and require them to respond to me personally and not in a automated response via email?

What would be your ideal end result ?

This is the first time I read something about a video, but nothing was left out. Tell us the whole story because I don't think you have.

Doesn't look like texting lingo to me; just plain bad spelling. Gives me a headache trying to read it. If this keeps up, I may just wait for the movie to come out.

uh, forget about proper english and pronunciation, i come up with 39 terribly misspelled words. My advice to you while meeting with an attorney or walmart officials, DONT WRITE ANYTHING DOWN.  For some reason i just cant help but feel someone is pulling our collective legs.

"ATTENTION WALMART SHOPPERS.  PLEASE COME TO THE FRONT OF THE STORE AS WE ARE AIRING A TAPE OF THE EVENTS THAT HAPPENED ON THE NIGHT OF.........."

"TO FURTHER ENTERTAIN YOU WE WILL BE WATERBOARDING OUR SECURITY GUARD TO GET TO THE TRUTH OF WHY HE ATTACKED THE COUPLE WITH THE POTATO WEDGES."

"ALL PROCEEDS WILL GO TO CHARITY TO HELP VICTIMS LIKE THIS COUPLE."

Now that would be silly.  What's even more silly is this coming from the people of Walmart who's BF probably got yoked up infront of ONE of his girls after talk'n chit to a guard that's probably profiled him for (or a friends he was with) boosting in the past.

Plaintifs main injuries:  Ego shattered.

Good luck with the frivolous lawsuit that will no doubtly jam up the courts and inevitibly cost the tax payers, staff there and who dare patronize a Walmart of all places.
