TCLEOSE rules prevent that. Go to www.tcleose.state.tx.us for further information on that.

So i am not eligible then? I was told that joining the military forces would speed the process by 2 years to become citizen. My actual plans were to join the Marines then afterwards join the police department. But im guessing the Marines requirements only allow US citizens. So im left with the Army one wich i do not want to join. Also is there any good paying jobs such as security etc, that will take Permanent resident status and will also speed up the citizen process?

I'm going to suggest you speak to the Marines, the Army and (I'm guessing) Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Joining the military will help plus it'll give you time to get your residency / natualization situation together. As far as getting a good paying security position, there isn't enough provided on your profile to know what state you live in, how old you are, what your qualifications are. Tell us more about you.
