1. Vegetables. Lots of them.

2. Lean mean, exercising portion control.

3.A decent nutrition bar if nothing else is available.

4.Water. Lots of water.

Trick to the trade: If you're a beer drinker try this. During your shift or even if you're at home, drink lots of water in the morning. When it come time to belly-up, you may find you drink less. I believe a lot of fellas swim in beer after work just to rehydrate.

Aim at the high mark and you will hit it. No, not the first time, not the second time and maybe not the third. But keep on aiming and keep on shooting for only practice will make you perfect. Finally you'll hit the bull's-eye of success.

Marly, Blue cheese makes everything better. Roasting clown head veggies brings out so much flavor. The addition of blue cheese puts this mixture of onions, red pepper, cucumber etc. over the top.

gcoleman if you think that 'transport hold eval' will get you a shot at the contents of my lunch box,EAT YOUR HEART OUT. GET YER OWN CHEETOHS!

Elitegrey, SINCE you are up at O'Dark Thirty to grind maize on the metate on your knees on the kitchen floor...  Finish the masa, then go to market for my fresh-squeezed fresh oj and a while-you-wait butchered, plucked, gutted and trimmed chicken.  I am in the mood for pollo asada tonight!

NOW EXCUSE ME WHILE I tuck into these heuvos rancheros con frijoles y arroz, tortillas maize, cafe con leche y pan dulce, y mangos con limon.

THEN I go on shift as Policelink's Ride-Along Food Critic at Large!!
