Looking for input regarding study on the psychological effects experienced by individuals evading capture. Any help would be noted in reference notes of thesis and any publications of completed research.

 Google.  Or you could always call your local prison and see if they'll let you interview someone that's in for fleeing&eluding/resisting without violence (though you may be met with a quite phone on the other end followed by the disconnect tone).

Whoops.  You could have opened a topic where you presented some of your own research on the subject .  You could have then asked for opinions and discussion.  Maybe somebody would have shared anecdotal information.  Of course, that would have entailed some work on your part. 

Consider your request the same as standing up in class and announcing "Anybody here willing to write my paper for me?"  Only you are asking a law enforcement community.

Get the picture?  You didn't mean to come across rude, but it happened.

Now...if you have any research you've already done, simply change your introduction or open another thread.  Maybe some of the experts here might input your project if you show some initiative.
