I recently did an extradition where I had to testify in court to pick up my prisoner. I met several other LEO's and each agency had a differnt policy on what weapon was carried during the extradition. Do you carry a firearm or TASER? Do you let your prisoner fly cuffed or uncuffed? Belly chains or handcuffs? One agency had a really cool belt that if the prisoner got so far away it sent a shock like a TASER. What do you think?
