hey gang. I know i promised pics of the wrist tonight, but after i got down to the half cast i relized that the wrapping under was more intinsive and not something that i could re-use if i take it off. so I just used a new ace bandage and fixed the top. So i hate to say this but we all may just have to wait until post op on the 14th..including myself to see what it looks like..that will be the day i have stitches removed and possable start PT depending on what doc dertermans that day. he still hasnt fully decided if to place me back in cast or start PT that day.

ok gang..if you go to my profile I uploaded some new pics. Two of them are from my last surguries and I also uploaded MRI photos of the cyst the the docs just removed on wend. I will keep pics comming as I can. Like i said wont have stitches removed until the 14th..

 Sis your not allowed to get sick or be in pain any more. Every time you are I end up the same way. LOL

hey there PL family..just wanted to check in and let ya'll know things seam to be going well. wrist is tender as to be expected, but the pain is much less then before the surgery. I have high hopes that this is the end off this mess with my hand/wrist (hope to God it is). Other then that things are going ok. Sgt and family have been taking great care of me and i have been doing what I can to help out around the house doing chores, ect with my left hand as much as possable. Will be checking out a few appartments in the area tomorrow, but still strongly considering moving to SoCal, or possably even Texas. SO not really sure whats next. I do know and added pluse to those states are that I can put myself threw POST there, where here in Oregon you can not. So, like i said, nothing is offical, all just thoughts and praying what Gods will is for my next steep in life.

Thanks guys..Hey cedar just noticed you got the pic off my page and put it here..Tanks  Sgt helped me re-do the badaging because it wasn't holding up...so we used cast padding that they keep on hand for the horses to replace the OR cast padding...thats when I snapped this pic. was a couple days ago.

 

Also PL gang...I have been thinking and praying and feel that God wants me to go to cali to visit with my friend Shawn there and his family...and see if I want to move there with him in Barstow. Everything has been pointing to doind this trip..have found a place to take care of my cat while i am gone (dog people...yes i also have a shepard but hes with PL member DPalmer in TX for now)..found a cheap ticket that is also out of Eugene which saves me the gas and paking money of driving to Portland (2 hour drive) and even a ride to the airport so I don't have to pay for parking. So Guess im headed to Sunny cali on the 23rd for a visit!

Also having stitches removed and hopfully starting PT that day (am schedualed to) but doc was 50/50 about if he wanted me to or put me back into a cast for 3 more weeks. But I think with the way its been feeling (much much better then has in months) that I will be starting PT...so just keep the prayers up and fingers crossed!

Thanks guys...Ill try to get an updated picture up in a couple of hours...I am going to put on fresh badages once I finish eating...I get a little paranoid about making sure the wraps are clean (even though doc told me not to) lol oh well

Thanks Cedar for posting this! Took my cat in to get fixed today so i have now ruined her haha..other then that just counting down time to get stitches out and to get this PT and healing started..tick tick..
