Hey all. By now Nicole has had her surgery and is in recovery waiting to be released. Most of you who have been following her posts know by now that she had to have a very invasive surgery on her right (strong) hand and is looking at a long recovery before she can pursue her dream of transitioning from military (Marines) to Law Enforcement. 

Last night she posted that she was forced to leave her home after a big blowout with her roommate and is staying with a LEO friend until she finds a new place. 

She's going through a heap of c*@p right now and we need to keep her in our prayers and supportive during her recovery. I know she will pull through this like the champ that hshe is, but a little celestial help from us all couldn't hurt. I will be posting updates as soon as they come in .

I haven't heard from her yet. I was going by the timeline of her surgery schedule. I'm not assuming she is doing well and will post here as soon as she contacts me.

More news. Tank says that the doctors had to intubate her in order to put her under because she just wasn't going out with traditional anesthesia. (That Marine fighting spirit!) The doc even said she's the first patient who didn't go under with his usual methods. The surgery was successful and they didn't have to be as invasive as they had feared. The entire cyst was removed and she will be recovering very soon.

She's very happy and is grateful to all her PL friends for their support.

Nicole has asked me to let all of you know that she is reading your posts and PMs and appreciates all the kind words. She said that will be responding to them tomorrow after the effects of the meds she's on are gone and she is communicating more clearly. 

I have had the pleasure of talking with Tank(Nicole) a lot over the past four years and in P.M.'s too.She hasn't had a really easy life,but has worked her a-- off for everything she has attained.I'm thankful she has a good friend who is watching her six now.She was a fantastic Marine and will be a top of the line cop when she heals.You Go girl.--God's richest blessings----Dave

thank you everyone for the support, prayers and words of incurogment. it means the world to me. Im not sure if i can wait the two weeks to get this wrapping/cast off my hand..well see. Even though ive just been hanging on the couch, it still seams to be comming apart already lol. not sure why..guess i move a lot in my sleep. anyway, i just wanted to check in with the gang here. thanks again everyone. also a big shout out to BigNTS who has been a great friend threw out this, as well as brighteyes63 and of course ssu459...all the PL members are special but these three have been a big help and i just wanted to say thank you.
