I don't shop there.   Frankly, there isn't anything edible there, it is in my neighborhood, and I do walk past occasionally and it  is across the street from a very long park where children play.  I am quite familiar that these things are sold in head shops, I was just surprised to find you could walk into a cornerstore  in a small neighborhood and get it.  Obviously, other people in my neighborhood do have a problem with it, ie. the protestor guy with the sign.  I agree, there are no 'hoods' in Eugene...by my standards, but I know plenty of people who don't go to the Whiteaker for some ridiculous fear.  Thanks for the advice...it has run its course.
