| Posted 5 months ago I've got some goals, resolutions, whichever. The first to avoid hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pizza and sweets. My second goal is to spened more time at the gym getting more exercise. My third goal is eat healthier. I got started towards the end of 2012 (September and Ocober)however I spent time (November and December) undoing the work and accomplishments I achieved. I'm sure I can achieve my goals again, I just need to force myself to NOT resort to my unhealthy habits. "Niether fire nor wind, birth nor death can erase our good deeds." Buddha |

| Posted 5 months ago I have a few goals (resolutions) to go for. Hopefully I can get some done. One of them would be to get my radio upgrade from Technician to General (HAM Radio). I am also going to try and get back into LE as a reserve officer / deputy or get back into a volunteer fre dept. I am also going to try and get into better shape.. This will be an interesting year. Also, to all my LEO Brothers and Sisters, PLEASE STAY SAFE OUT THERE.... also, give your wives, husbands, fathers, mothers, kids, siblings hugs and kisses before and after your shift.
