Hello Policelink

I've passed the swimming, the agility test and the written test, now onto applying. Now my question is does anyone have any advice, i've heard all i have to do is apply around, however, some most departments on my area require to be certified police officer or are not hiring, there are only 3 police department in the South Florida area that are hiring, all this includes Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. 

My other question, is there anywhere i can pratice some of the oral board, any sites i can visit to pratice? any advice would be appreciated.
