Posted 6 months ago I've always wanted too become a cop But my only problem is the cops that I know seem like they have no other life but work work workkkk ! is there ever a such thing as part time? |

| Posted 6 months ago I will actually weigh in on this one... It can be the best job and the worst job in the world. You get the chance to impact the lives of total strangers in many positive ways. But you also get to deal with some of the worst things possible that many people never see in their sheltered lives. As for coming home alone, you should have someone in your life who supports you and is there for you no matter what, whether it is slinging burgers, working in a factory, serving as a nurse in an ER or a cop out on the streets. I noted that you wished to become a cop, which I admire you for, but here is a word of advice: Listen and take heed to the wise words of those on here. I spent a lot of time in many LE jobs and still can learn from others... Don't have an attitude and respect those who have worn the badge. |
