Okay I took my oral pysch and I feel like it went well BUT in this past summer I was playing football with a bunch of boys at work and I got hit really hard. My current job asked me to get a note in order to return back to work. I didnt feel that there was really anything wrong with me but i got a note anyway. When I went to the doc my doc said I am fine I prolly was nervous and my body went into to shock. I assumed that was a kind of anxiety attack.

When I went for my medical I summed it up and wrote I had a minor anxiety attack . ( i know i am an idiot) However, when i went to my oral appt she asked me what happen I told her and then she said fine just bring in documents from the visit. She didnt say I was on review or anything. I went to my doc and she noted it as a physical exam and said I have no anxiety and I misdiagnosed myself. She even wrote me a letter stating I do not have anxiety or depression. I have explained to my pysch in an email that I misdisagnosed myself and also faxed her the letter from my doctor.

Does anyone think I will be put on review for this??? 

No. but i hope i do not go on review because of this
