Howdy,

My name is David. I'm a new member here (i guess its obvious haha). I just wanted to say I'm a little excited to see a forum like this excist.

I'm a student living in Miami. I find myself very interested in the line of work our officers are involved in. I always find myself saying that I would've liked to be a police officer. However, right now im focusing more on becoming a doctor.

Living in a big city like Miami, I've had a run in with officers a few number of times. Nothing serious. A few accidents here and there. And one random time when I was confused for a high school student skipping class. However, everytime (except once) you guys have been nothing but codual with me. So thanks.

Right now im in midterms in college so I may not be around for a bit. However, I'm looking forward to contributing to this forum as often as I can.

Be safe out there.

Btw.... im writing this on 2 hours of sleep... so if anything i just said doesnt make sense... my bad haha.

-Dave

Welcome David. Actually you can wear both hats. My very good friend is a Lt. Detective and one of the reserves at his agency is an M.D. The doctor is also their firearms instructor. Enjoy the site.
