Biographical Info Incident Details
His unmarked patrol car collided with a tractor trailer in the intersection, causing him to suffer fatal injuries. Constable Oliver had served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for four years. He is survived by his mother and father, a RCMP Chief Superintendent; younger brother; and his twin brother, an RCMP officer in B.C.’s Lower Mainland.
