Interesting first post.  Absolutely nothing on your profile, no attempt to say hi and this is a little bit about me, but yet the first thing you post is a desire to own a "Maryland State Trooper or Trooper 1st Class Badge".  Since you claim you are a "former" State Trooper, I guess you can't get a letter from your department to have a badge made.  Problem is, MOST departments keep a VERY tight inventory on their equipment. . . . .ESPECIALLY badges.  Most of the badges available out there are of a retired design that no longer represents the department.  That way, nobody can use the badge to influence/intimidate the general public.  If you were a police officer (not saying you weren't but there is a question here) you would know and respect this.  You may wish to reconsider the information you have provded up to this point so whomever on here that MAY happen to have the item you desire will feel a little more at ease in talking to you and IF they have the item you desire, MAY consider doing business with you.
