Posted 10 months ago It just baffles me. Young women, claiming to be interested in a career in Law Enforcement, come onto this site and ask about sexism. They ask over and over if women are finding a glass ceiling, or if they are descriminated against, or if they can even get hired in the first place. Over and over, I go look at their profiles and find a bunch of flirty self photos (usually taken by theirs truly in a bathroom, with some part of a bra visible). I don't care WHAT job you apply for, and let me say this so you younger gals can hear me over the snapping of your gum, IF YOU LOOK LIKE YOU ARE MORE INTERESTED IN A DATE THAN A JOB, YOU WILL NOT GET HIRED!!!! Unless the guy doing the interview is interested in something other than finding the right employee. YaYa SweetAsAVelociraptor

| Posted 10 months ago Thank you for writing what you did. This profession is not a joke. When these "girls" come in here and display themselves, saying they want to be in LE someday need to think again. There history is easy to fine. I have to say there are Officer's in here that eat that stuff up. They love the attention. I don't understand that. Maybe someone can explain it to me. I think Badge Bunnies and there Officer followers don't belong here. And people wonder why the divorce rate is 75%. It's sad to me. Just my opinion. |
