Do  you get those telephone calls about you won something and they want you to pay for it and your on the do not call list ?

Scam artists don't pay any attention to "Do Not Call" lists. After all, that's an American thing and most of the scam calls originate overseas (Nigeria being the most popular). Just laugh at them, tell them to take the payment out of your winnings and to send you the balance, When they don't agree, hang up.

Another variation of this is you have won a Mercedes, but you have to send money so they can cross the "State Border". I've been to a lot of states, but never had to pay to cross the "border".
