I am a college student that will soon graduate with a criminal justice degree. I was born and rasied in Texas, so i fully intended to serve here. I have been looking at employment with the Austin, Fort Worth and Dallas police departments. I would just like to hear for those who have a working knowledge of these departments and their opnions.

To be honest though, a lot of Texas departments are really really well off compared to others around the country.  I may be a little biased towards San Antonio though :P
