Hey all,

I'm currently starting backgrounds with Santa Clara, and I was wondering if anyone else has any advice or opinions to share about this department, in terms of work atmosphere, overall employee satisfaction, and crime trends. I know they offer a fantastic salary, benefits and training, but I was hoping to hear some personal insight that I can't get from the department's website. From what I know so far, this looks like a great place to work, and I hope I getr hired.
