You joined yesterday and have a skeleton profile. My advice take a deep breath and relax. Your queston is much to broad to respond. Relax. You are not a rookie. You may be getting way ahead of yourself.

I think what Dennis is saying in his own way is


1: Work a little bit on your profile, you know fill it out a bit so we know who we are talking to.


2: Make an Introduction post first. Read the boards, and follow the directions.


3: Relax, we are an easy going bunch, but take the time to let us get to know you.


 


Well, there are quite a few more parameters in play when looking for a job other than being Certified by the acadamy in your state. I would need alot more info before I could answer with some level of intelligence.
