Posted about 4 years ago Hell yeah I had speeders...back about 18-20 yrs ago when I was a Marine stationed in North Carolina...I used to swoop back to NY every chance I got or to Myrtle Beach....I think I've been cited in every state between SC and NY. ..no joke. I was a speed demon. Even had an arrest warrant issued in Maryland for missing a court date....I was overseas at the time on a Med float...Judge and Trooper were very understanding. Thank God I could justify missing court by being away at sea...Of course everything was paid and cleared or else I never would've been hired.....

Posted about 4 years ago Hi. I have two speeding tickets and a warning. Just can't help myself with the radio on and listening to good music I forget about the limit. May be I should join the Petty race team. LOL

Posted about 4 years ago I haven't gotten a speeding ticket or a ticket of any kind at all... But given the economy as it is right now, one of the best ways to save money is to not get pulled over! Just driving the speed limit can save you a good chunk of cash.

Posted about 4 years ago I went to get a records check on my license, it was a blank page. The DMV worker said, "Oh, you've been a good boy". That was fun.

Posted about 4 years ago Nope! I had an accident without a license, but that was 4 years ago so it's off my record. But for speeding tickets I don't have any.

Posted about 4 years ago I got a speeding ticket in my Police uniform going to my national guard station. I just left court and had to drive 6 hours to drill for the Army. I didn't realize I was going that fast. The trooper was a nice gentleman(not) and gave me speeding ticket. We are not above the law and we make mistakes too.

Posted about 4 years ago I've not gotten a ticket since I started working in Law Enforcement. I've been pulled over twice, but always extended professional C. When I do background investigations for new hires I look at their driving record, but look at the frequency of the tickets and the time span involved. When I do the home visit I also find out what kind of car they drive. LOL I note it sometimes in my report of findings, but most offen just gloss over it.
