Posted 10 months ago Hello all! I just joined the community. My name is Ofc. Amanda Szymanski from Ferndale, Michigan (north border of Detroit at 8 Mile Rd and Woodward). I have been on the force for 7 1/2 years now and love my job. Just looking to discuss current topics with fellow officers and meet some new people in the field. Happy Hunting and Be Safe all!

One of My daughters who's been raised in NJ recently bought a house in Fernadale MI February of this year, and also has been working within the DETRIOT (lol, I had to edit, I always do that!) School district. As we were talking about home security, she assured me I had nothing to worry about and the FPD patrolled her neighborhood area well. That makes a big difference to a mom with a young daughter far away. Big thanks to the FPD for that, and I hope you enjoy PL Amanda. What doesn't kill me had better start running! |
