Recently, I picked up this badge set (chest & hat) from an estate sale.  It was being run by a company and nobody knew the history of these badges.  All I can determine is they are from the NSA (National Security Agency) and I would guess circa 1952-1960.  Any information would be appreciated.  I believe this is a scarce set.
