I'm a newbie/civilian here, and i did read through the 3. New Members: Read this before


proceeding faq


 and I think any forum, regardless of the subject matter, should use that faq as a guide


line.


      So this is my intro,  I wanted to be a Lawyer but tried and failed at Law School,


several times, mostly because I got to busy building cabinets and doing construction, which


I was doing to pay for school. Then After a few years I realized I'm all ready a better


carpenter than I'll ever be a lawyer. And Now  I stumbled across this site and was hooked


instantly. I've been reading through forums and topics for hours, I had to pause and sign


up, and now I'm writing this post. It seems like a lawyer(attempted lawyer in my case) and


this site would be mortal enemies, But really it's two sides of the same coin right?


   Anyway I better finish this post before it becomes a novel. I look forward to future


discussions,

I agree with 36TR, I also have several friends that are lawyers and I love to pick on them.  LoL  Of course I should say that they pick on me just as much.

Thanks to everyone, I have to say, I'm not actually a lawyer, I did go to school and attempt it for several years, and finially realized I was already doing really good as a carpenter\cabinet maker and figured I'd just be better off not paying for school.  However It did help me get out of a few traffic tickets, though the trade off of thousands spent on school doesn't really work out. But I have to admit, it was a little bit enjoyable winnning a couple minor traffic cases. Even if the court costs and getting discovery evidence prolly cost more time and money than the fine.
