Posted 11 months ago I know its early, but the football preseason is almost here and regular season is just arround the corner. That being said, which team is going to go all the way this year and why? |

Yeah they are lucky and the colts we will see. I have my doubts about luck. Nothing against him " The things you want are always possible: it is just that the way to get them is not always apparent. The onle real obstacle in your path to fulfilling life is you, and that can be a considerable obstacle because you carry the baggage of insecurities and past experiance" Les Brown |

Nothing is finer than a 49er!!! http://www.iamsorryivotedforobama.com/ How's that HOPE and CHANGE working out for you? What would you do for a Klondike bar? |

| Posted 11 months ago 6-28-12 The San Francisco 49ers are going to hit the ground running (pun intended) and mostly likely will be pushing very very hard for the Superbowl. Why? Because they have an $800,000,000 stadium to build in Santa Clara County by 2014. It's about an hour and a half south of the current Candlestick Park on the S.F. Penninsula. To continue to sell the stadium, they're going to have to win a Superbowl this year or the next. I went down and saw the model of the stadium at the Preview Center. I was offered to buy into the stadium ahead of time. For Legacy Club seats it would cost $80,000 per seat, not including the price of season tickets. I countered with an 'Uhhh, no. But thanks." So yeah, the Niners are going to probably to win the whole kittenkaboodle. On a side note, I was at the Giants game yesterday (6-27-12) for the 3rd of a 3-game series against the L.A. Dodgers. Awesome! We swept the Dodgers all three games: First time in over 123+ years! They didn't score a single run in any of the three game. AT&T Park came unglued. Later on in the afternoon, I literally bumped into the Giants shortstop, Brandon Crawford, at a restaurant. Gave him a thumbs up and a "THANKS!' for the games. |
