Posted about 1 year ago I thought I would share this. I had a citizen, a 24 year old male, approach me the other night and asked about the requirements for being a cop. I gave my best "politically correct" answers. During the conversation I asked his full name. HIS REPLY, "RONIN". Ok I say what is your last name. "NONE". So your name is RONIN NONE? "Uh, no sir, its one name, RONIN. I changed it after I saw the movie". WOW! You know I had to run the name. Sure enough it came back as just RONIN! Will wonders never cease. ""Life is a storm.. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes"

We had an officer at our department with this same last name! I can imagine when he would introduce himself......"I'm Officer Sheriff"...... "Well....which is it, Officer or Sheriff, sir?!" Sounds like an Abbot and Costello routine!!

| Posted about 1 year ago I knew a lady who had twins, they were boys and she could not come up with a name. The hospital would not release the babies until they had a name for their B/C, so she called them "Truth" and "Justice". Glad my parents didn't do that stuff to me... |
