Posted 3 months ago If you were accused of Disturbing The Peace have not been found guilty and were put on adminstration leave without pay are you entitle to receive your pay was it right for you to be placed on adminstration leave without pay/? |

| Posted 3 months ago We do not have ALL of the FACTS surrounding your situation, nor do we have any idea as to what Rules & Regulations, Department Policies, State & Local Employment Laws your agency is governed by so it would be IMPOSSIBLE for any of us to give you any useful advice in this matter. Your best bet would be to speak with your union representative of a lawyer to discuss your options. "Be a yardstick of quality. Sad part is the one w battery was due to his girlfriend starting a fight and then calling the PD |
