To continue on to my first post about Georgia challenging Obamas eligibility to place Barrack Obama on their ballot, I have just seen further information concerning other states watching very closely at Georgia to determine what they are going to do. Here is what I have just received:

"An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

But win, lose or draw, the fight isn’t going to be over, as other cases are erupting across the nation, with challenges being raised anew even in Obama’s own adopted political network in Illinois.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.

The plaintiff is Sharon Meroni, who long has fought inside the system for a way to challenge the candidacies there. In her new case, filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, she is petitioning for a judicial review of the state’s election procedures as they exist now."

I honestly do not know what to make of this and if successful what will happen concerning the last 3 plus years of his laws and appointments etc. Also what will the Democrats do? You do not think for one minute they will just toss up their hands as not challenge the Republican nominee do you? Who will run? Hillary? She says she does not want it. Biden? Not even Democrats are that stupid. What would they do? Pelosi? Reid? Will they simply run Obama again and fight it out in the courts? Will Obama call a national crisis and declare those States in insurrection? Heck, I have no idea what would happen but it certainly would not be good. The safest bet is that the courts will make their determination and that will take effect for the 2016 Presidential election.

Churchill: “Madam, you are ugly. In the morning, I shall be sober.”

The dems will continue to do the status quo. Why should they change? They have been able to fool America for quite some time now. All they have to do is promise more free money off the backs of working people and the sheeple will comply. It's a shame but some just cant get off the teat.

You can't cure stupid.

Its about dang time someone steps up and does something. I won't get into what I think, but I am just glad someone is trying. You bring up a good point Robo, I think they would just stick with Obama and duke it out. They other ones that you mentioned would just get beat in a debate against a coupel of the republican canidates.

You wouldn't go in there for a million bucks...A Cop does it for less...A Reserve does it for free....

I'd be willing to bet big bucks that Obama's name will still be on the ballot for the election. I don't see any court saying that he doesn't meet eligibility requirements. I know there are some questions as to how he passed the eligibility requirements when he took office, but there is a system to check and make sure. Obviously, he passed the first time and became president. They're not going to change their minds four years later and not let him run.

This is the behavior that will get the Prez re-elected!  He is a sitting President that would not be in office if any of this could have been proven.  There was no oversight, no Oh! we made a mistake we did'nt know about this.  I liken this to a bunch of bullies jumping on one person.  How about a one on one fair fight.  It's called an election!

The Judge in this case HAS made a ruling and Obama's name WILL REMAIN on the Ga, General Election Ballot!
